• Early: May 1st - June 10th -- $125
• Regular: June 11th - July 10th -- $160
• Late: July 11th - August 15 -- $180

• Birth certificate: MUST be a state issued birth certificate OR a VALID passport -- NO OTHER FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED

• Address verification: A snip of skyward showing the student and address will work, or a utility bill. The utility bill MUST show your address and a parents name, it also MUST be a utility (gas, power, water, garbage, etc.) it CANNOT be a store credit card or anything of that nature.

• Grade verification: MUST show all 3 listed items

1. Full name

2. Current grade (not just a graduation year)

3. Date- Either a current date within the last month, or the academic year

Most people have uploaded a grade print out, or if you go to the academic history tab on skyward (MUST SELECT THE STUDENT FROM THE DROP DOWN MENU IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE CHILDREN- If you skip that step it will not show the students full name) Make sure to include the students name at the top of the page when taking a snip or screen shot.

• Photo: The best photo to use is a school photo, this can be sniped from the students skyward account. If not using a school picture, it needs to be a clear photo from the shoulders up, not hats, no sunglasses, no filters
